1. No Anime or Manga Characters!!! This is based very far in the future from the timeline of the Naruto Manga/Anime. This includes cheap knock-offs. It's ok to use some things from the characters but, don't completely copy them or their trademarks.
2.No Flaming: In other words, directly insulting or degrading members or guests of the site. This includes flaming at those breaking rules. First offense raises warning most likely. I can ban you for it if I feel it's what you deserve.
3.Do not Harass members and/or staff. For any reason. If they or someone else tells you to stop, you stop. Bans can be placed on those that frequent this.
4.Spam: Try to refrain from it. It won't be tolerated on the RP Boards however. Spamming on RP boards equals automatic Ban
5.Grammar: It's understandable that not everyone has the best english ability. However, Typing in all Caps or switch capping and typing absolutaly nothing will result in Warnings or Bans.
6.Bio Hopping: Bios and Jutsu and Weapons waiting for acceptance are to be replied at by Mods/Admins and people directly attached to the bio. I will most of the time be online anyway. I can tolerate this on mot occasions but, only constructive critisizism is allowed. Please realize that though not everyone takes alot of time into a Bio, some people take almost an eternity into it.
7.Advertising/Afiliation: To advertise your Site on this site, please use the Creaticity Board only. It being posted anywhere else will get it deleted.
8.Vulgarity:In Roleplaying only will cursing and swearing be allowed. Even then however, it will be limited to your characters persona and the situation. Any other swearing on the board will result in an immediate ban.
9.Mature Roleplay: All stuff posted in the Mature Roleplay Board, STAYS THERE. No questions. If plot and storyline events occur there, such as childbirth, will be limited to minimal details if that occurs. Breaking of this rules will result in a ban.
10.Gore: Keep it reasonable. I shouldn't have to say anything else. Unrealistic gore or unnecessary gore is both unnappealing as well as over-graphic. Warnings and bans result from breaking this rule.
11.The Mods and Admins WILL be held to higher standards than everyone else on the board. You are an admin/mod because I and other staff thought you earned the responsiblity. At any time, I have the right to revoke your status and can even ban you.
12.Do not post in chatspeak. Guaranteed ban. You should know better.
13.Racism: free speech exists. So My freedom of speech comes to this word:Ban. Please remember that the only form of discrimination in the Naruto world reflects Clans, Criminals and demons. If I see any racial slurs on here, you will be banned.
14.Hacking: I can read your IP addresses as well as Security logs everything that happens. If you hack on here, I will IP ban you.
15.I am the only person on this site with the ability to ban people on this site. Keep this in mind.

Staff Rules

1. I am the only staff member with the ability to Ban. If I learn otherwise, You will lose your status.
2. The Site Owner group is reserved for me and has full permissions. Any one other than me in that group gets banned immediately.
3. Keep in mind that abusing your powers in any way, shape, or form will result in you losing them.
4.I have the right to revoke your staff status at any point I wish If I believe for any reason you are not being efficient in your duties. Excessive inactivity is included.
5.Anyone if they prove themselves worthy can be staff. This also goes the other way around. Keep this in mind.

Roleplaying Rules

If your character is in more than one topic at once or starts one while in one, please state in OOC: in the topic as to what time the post takes place.
There will be no
G-modding: Examples of this include being invincible, never tiring, never recieving damaged or in general being a god.
Metagaming:Your character having knowledge he shouldn't have unless given permission to have it.
Double Posting
Posts less than a paragraph
Powerplaying:Similar to G-modding. Making your attacks stronger than usual can results
Password:At the bottom of Every character's bio you make, you must place the words "Shinobi Essence" to let us verify that you Read these rules.
