Effect: (background): Konkru' parents (father died befere he was born and mother died in childbirth) were the last living members of a clan that begun when an uchia fell in love with a hyuga. Their kekkai genkai were fused, Sakugan created.
Shinu No Jutsu (Death Summoning)
This eye limit summons the essence death to bring ninja back to life. However the fault with it is the reincarnated can only remember their nindo. Nothing else.
The other abality in addition to the powers of Sharingan and Bykkugan is to "see" the worst fear of enemies. This combined with genjutsu is a powerful combination.
Like everything there is a drawback Konkru's genjutsu requires all his concentration and only effects one person of his choice. Leaving him open to attacks from victims allies.
