Formerly the Hidden Mist, now the Empire of the Mist, it is one of the Grand Shinobi Empires that has the most ruthless and vengeful shinobi to date. Scattered across many islands that are surrounded by whirlpools and even underwater, it is also one of the most difficult Empires to effectively attack.
